Broken Plastic Components
Brackets, clips, covers, knobs, adapters, mounts and other plastic components can be evaluated for custom reproduction.
Replace broken, discontinued or hard-to-find plastic components with custom 3D printed alternatives. If you already have a 3D model, we can print it directly, or we can review an existing part, measurements, drawings or photos for reverse engineering and reproduction.

3D printing can provide a practical solution for many plastic parts that are damaged, unavailable or difficult to source.
Brackets, clips, covers, knobs, adapters, mounts and other plastic components can be evaluated for custom reproduction.
When an original replacement is no longer available, a custom 3D printed part may provide an alternative based on the original geometry and application.
Existing designs can also be reviewed for dimensional changes, mounting adjustments or other modifications required for your specific application.
Each replacement-part project is quoted individually after we review the existing model, part or design information.
Part size, material, print time, complexity, quantity and finishing requirements contribute to the production price.
If a print-ready 3D model does not already exist, any required modelling or reverse-engineering work is evaluated separately before production.
Send us your existing 3D file or information about the original component. We will review the project and provide pricing before work begins.
The best starting point depends on whether you already have a print-ready 3D model or need the original component recreated.
Upload your STL, STEP / STP, OBJ or 3MF file together with the required quantity, preferred material and information about how the component will be used.
Send clear photos, dimensions, drawings and any available information about the original component. If possible, the physical part can also be reviewed for reverse engineering.
Reproducing an existing component may require measurements and 3D modelling before it can be printed. We can review the original geometry and determine what design work is required.
For components where fit is important, test prints or design adjustments may be required before the final version is produced.
Send us your 3D file, photos, measurements or information about the original component. We will review the project and let you know the next steps and pricing before work begins.
